The 8th Annual Art at the The Old Post Office Museum and Art Center (OPOMAC) will exhibit Orange Hat by 2017-2018 Accelerator Fellow and 2019 Fellow Adviser, Donna Lee Nyzio
For the 23rd year in a row, the Maritime Gallery artists will congregate at The Maritime Gallery at Mystic Seaport Museum to paint the Museum grounds and environs.
This joint show is about the nature of their work—that there is a sense of movement to both artists’ work.
Three studios within a one-mile radius will open their studios to the public. Meet CHF Accelerator Fellow and Bronze Artist Manuelita Brown, and ceramic artists Joyce Schleiniger and Julia C. R. Gray on this studio tour.
Included among them is Fish, It’s What’s For Dinner by Donna Lee Nyzio, a CHF 2017-2018 Accelerator Fellow and 2019 Fellow Adviser. Her painting is among the 111 pieces that were selected from a pool of 1,096 works.
This juried exhibition showcases a diverse group of women artists. Included among them is Emma by Carrie Cook, a CHF 2019 Accelerator Fellow. This painting is one of 111 pieces chosen from a field of 1,100 works.
CHF Accelerator Fellow Adreon Henry will be featured in his first exhibition at CAMIBAart Gallery. Visitors will enjoy artworks spanning the last nine years, including works finished just last month.
